The hotel has clean public areas that easily accommodated our family of four. Plus, the location made it easy to explore both the new and old town with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast variety needs improvement.

Breakfast in the room didn't work out.

Breakfast simply very good, staff absolutely top, perfect English, extremely helpful and guest oriented. Rooms are very clean and well furnished! A hotel where you'll feel good!

Honestly? Nothing....

The Standard Queen Room with Sofa Bed was pretty comfy. The bed was amazing, and I appreciated having different pillow options. I enjoyed a big room, great for spreading out my stuff. The water pressure in the shower was excellent too! Just a solid room overall!

Particularly large and comfortable rooms. Top beds, everything you may want in a room. very good service, especially at the reception.

Rooms are spacious, beds are very good, bathrooms are large enough. Breakfast is good and rich, but for extra charge. Parking is free of charge and directly at the accommodation. The hotel can be reached very quickly from the city motorway, the location is very good.

The minibar is not available, which is unusual for a 4* hotel

No minibar, you have to order everything, I don't like it. Minibar was available, but empty. A clever manager must have thought of something new.

I didn't like the fact that the man at the reception kept my passport until my departure. That's not usual at all.

The staff was simply phenomenal. I had lost my mobile phone and the receptionists were looking for it. It was found and kept at the reception.

The breakfast was not cheap, but very good and varied. The hotel is well equipped, it has a good fitness area and sufficient parking facilities. The rooms aren't exactly big, but they're very nice.

The price is very high and the hotel is relatively far from the city centre. There are no shops or restaurants in vicinity, if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Comfortable stay with excellent amenities

The location was convenient for quick access to the city center, and the room provided a comfortable bed with excellent water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the rich breakfast buffet with a good assortment to choose from. The dining options for lunch and dinner could be improved, as they didn't quite live up to the hotel's standard.

Spa area, not really worth the name spa.

Very friendly staff and well-kept rooms. Good location, above all. We liked it very much and we will stay at this hotel again.
